Pre Milling

The pre-milling unit processes the workpiece edges with high precision before the edge banding operation, ensuring a clean and smooth surface preparation. Equipped with 2 powerful 2.2 kW motors and diamond cutting tools, it removes minor irregularities, saw marks, and surface imperfections from the edges.

This allows the glue to be applied more evenly and helps the edge band bond to the workpiece in a stronger, cleaner, and more aesthetic way. It delivers stable, precise, and long-lasting performance in mass production processes.

Infrared Preheating

The infrared preheating unit brings the workpiece surface to the ideal temperature before edge banding.
It supports adhesive performance, especially in cold working conditions, and improves edge banding quality.
It adds value to the production process with more stable, clean, and professional results.

Glue Pot

The Teflon-coated glue pot with a 4-liter capacity keeps the adhesive at the ideal temperature and consistency throughout the edge banding process. Its Teflon surface makes cleaning and maintenance easier, while the stable glue flow ensures clean, strong, and aesthetic bonding performance for different edge band applications.

End Trimming

The end trimming unit ensures clean, precise, and smooth cutting of the edge band at the front and rear ends of the workpiece. With two independent trimming groups and 12,000 rpm high-frequency motors, it delivers fast and stable performance in continuous production processes.

The linear guide system provides maximum accuracy during trimming movements, while the manual angle adjustment from 0° to 10° offers flexible adaptation to different application requirements.

Multifunctional Trimming Unit

With its 4-function structure, it combines top-bottom trimming and front-rear corner rounding in one compact unit, delivering a more refined, precise, and professional finishing quality in edge banding.

Radius Scraper

Radius scraping removes fine machining marks that may remain after radius trimming, ensuring a smooth and aesthetic finish on the edge band. Its manual fine adjustment provides precise and stable performance for different applications.

Polishing

The buffing unit performs the final cleaning and polishing process on the upper and lower edges of the edge band, providing a smoother, more aesthetic, and professional finish. Equipped with two independent motors and cotton buffing wheels, it ensures a high-quality final surface, especially on ABS and PVC edge banding materials.

Encoder

The encoder system enables more precise tracking of the processed piece quantity and length information during production. This feature contributes to measuring production efficiency, managing the workflow in a more controlled manner, and analyzing usage data more clearly.

10” Touchscreen

The 10-inch touchscreen makes machine control more comfortable with its wider viewing area and user-friendly interface. Thanks to its clear display structure, unit controls, temperature settings, maintenance notifications, and error messages can be easily monitored.
